ImageGuide Registry Receives QCDR Designation for 2018

For its fourth consecutive year, the ImageGuide Registry has been approved as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR), which is a CMS-approved entity authorized to submit provider data to satisfy reporting requirements under the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).  The QCDR designation allows ASNC and the American Society of Echocardiography to develop non-MIPS measures specific to cardiovascular imaging that can be reported on for credit in the quality category of MIPS. Eligible providers who do not report data under the MIPS program in 2018 will receive an automatic negative payment adjustment of 5% on Medicare receivables in 2020.  For more information on the ImageGuide Registry and available 2018 measures
